Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor at L. Fournier & Fils in Eastern Canada. The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and overseeing the maintenance of equipment. Duties will include performing regular inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and managing a team of maintenance technicians.

- Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience managing and supervising a team
- Ability to perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the field of equipment maintenance is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance
