About The Role

We are looking for a Study Centre Manager to join us on a temporary basis to manage the overall responsibility for the Academy qualifications. You will be responsible for the Centre Co-ordinator and managing their performance through regular 1-1s, monitoring their capacity and providing support when necessary, such as enrolments and administrative tasks during busy periods. The role will effectively resource and recruit for IOSH Academy roles, and lead on all induction and standardisation sessions for associates and employees.

Your duties will also involve maintaining qualifications through our learning management systems, making necessary updates and adjustments. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing cohort schedules for all qualifications, aligning them with the Awarding Organisation calendar. As well as maintaining relationships with the Awarding Organisation, IQA's and EQA's, you will also work closely with the Contracts team to issue NDAs, Framework agreements, and Call off orders to associates.

As part of this role, you will familiarise yourself with the Academy policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current and aligned with industry standards, and adhering to these protocols when managing complains and appeals to resolve issues in a timely manner.

You will have experience working in a similar environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities so strong organisational skills are required to ensure deadlines are met. Previous line management experience is essential as you will be responsible for the Centre Co-ordinator and their development.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills as you will work closely with a variety of them including tutors and assessors to ensure service standards are upheld and maintained.

This role works closely with our Awarding Organisation team so an understanding or knowledge of Awarding Organisation rules and regulations would be advantageous.
