THE OPPORTUNITY

Excellent opportunity to build your career in a respected MedTech company in a 12-Month Fixed Term contract marketing role. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager - Wound Closure & Biosurgery, you will be responsible for the Market Leading Ethicon Suture portfolio; including designing and implementing product and procedural specific marketing strategies and technical training and Leadership of the MyShelf Order support team and Value Creation initiatives to support achievement of business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies which contribute to increased unit growth, profitability, market share and value creation for product portfolios.
  • Manage dynamic forecast for product portfolio through regular review of sales trends and market issues.
  • People Leader responsibilities directly managing the myShelf Order Support team.
  • Delivery of product and procedure training via face to face and digital mediums and in partnership with relevant societies.
  • Execution of portfolio related Professional Education Strategies
  • Contributes to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards. Manage business and division within Credo and ethical standards.
  • Behavior displayed reflects J&J Business Conduct Standards.
  • Develop internal processes with sales management teams to ensure relevant marketing strategies and technical product & procedure support is available to meet sales account team needs.
ITS ALL ABOUT YOU
  • Preferred qualification - Tertiary degree
  • Preferred area of study - Marketing, Business or Science discipline
  • Preferred related industry experience - Healthcare.
  • Post graduation (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Must have Medical Device Marketing and/or Medical Device Sales experience.
  • Important to understand the Australian healthcare landscape.
  • Inter-state travel involved.
