Facilities Services Supervisor.
The Facilities Services Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementation of all building/facilities services, laborer, custodial and materials handling operations within the zone/building.
In This Position, You Will
- Plan, direct, monitor and manage the operations of a zone/building in the day-to-day oversight of a large cleaning operation, labor and moving services, and special event coordination.
- Perform the full range of supervisory functions for Building and Facilities Services, Custodial, Laborer, and Materials Handling staff.
- Use a maintenance management computer software system (Facility Center) for timekeeping, purchasing, work order management and reporting.
- Requires career/career-conditional status or eligibility.
- Males born after 12/31/59 must be registered with Selective Service.

Must have a valid State or District of Columbia driver's license. (You must submit a copy with your application).
Must be available workdays that include holidays, weekends, and call back emergencies.
