As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are on the hunt for a passionate individual to come in and take the on the role of Project and Operations Coordinator.

A pivotal bed rock for the team, this role will be a critical enabler to team and client success. A champion of productivity, efficiency, quality and team culture.

Areas of responsibility include general admin responsibilities, project management and success, quality assurance and client interaction, innovation and improvement responsibilities. Further detail below.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • 2-3 years working experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills (a must-have)
  • Research experience desired but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of Operational and Process Management
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise workloads and deadlines
  • A complex problem solver with a systematic working approach who loves taking on ambiguous business problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with others.
  • A can-do, proactive mindset. A team player who is positive, engaged, and ready to muck in.
  • Excited to join a fast paced, heavily collaborative environment
