Role Overview

The CTO will play a pivotal role in modernising the technological infrastructure, with a focus on supporting its ambitious growth strategy. With a clear understanding of the key challenges and opportunities outlined in the three-to-five-year plan, you will develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aimed at realising the organisation's core objectives.

This involves utilising your strategic vision and hands-on approach to drive company-wide adoption of data capabilities, unlocking valuable insights, and facilitating informed decision-making across all levels of the organisation. You will upgrade critical systems such as ERP and Finance & Planning (F&P), ensuring that the organisation maintains a competitive edge both locally and internationally. Additionally, you will lead the integration of automation into their Distribution Centre operations, optimising e-commerce fulfilment processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap.
