Sales Manager
The sales manager plays an important role in accelerating growth for our KidStrong Kendall Center. The sales manager must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up. Main objective will be to drive membership sales through high volume outbound calls on inbound company provided leads. (100+ calls per day is typical effort)
2+ years of experience in health, fitness or hospitality sales is strongly preferred.
Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required: ZenPlanner, Sales Messanger and HubSpot.
We are looking for a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, comfortable with outbound sales efforts, strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Sales manager will work and report directly to the Center Director/owner of KidStrong Kendall. This is a hybrid position with at least two days a week in center and remaining hours worked remotely.
This sales manager position will also have a commission structure on top of the hourly wage offered.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
