Requirements

The Role 🚀⚡️

With the expansion of Zinc, the opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Sales Lead to join our team. You will enhance performance and uphold the stellar reputation of our sales team to join our thriving company. In the role of Sales Lead, your responsibilities will revolve around refining processes, embedding best practices, and supporting the success of individual Account Executives.

Your day to day: 🤓

  • Drive performance and maintain a best-in-class sales team within the HR/Talent Tech space
  • Optimise and create processes, embedding best practices to enhance sales efficiency
  • Take responsibility for individual AE performance, coaching for improvement, and ensuring model win rates and increased sales velocity
  • Incorporate and optimise the tech stack, actively involved in tech acquisition and utilisation
  • Work closely with Account Managers and other departments to ensure the sales team is streamlined for success
  • Manage a small personal sales quota while ramping up
  • Represent the business and team, ensuring high integrity and collaboration across stakeholders
  • Utilise modern tech sales stacks, CRMs, automation tools, and reporting to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, inspiring and motivating the team towards success
In Your Tool Kit 🧰
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales tech, ideally with a strong background in HR or Talent tech
  • Demonstrated success in line management of sales teams, preferably in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of being a top-performing salesperson with high emotional intelligence and low ego
  • Comfortable with making data-driven decisions and proficient in negotiation skills
  • Strong proficiency with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies, cutting-edge sales tech stacks and automation
  • High commercial acumen and judgment with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Self-aware and self-critical, prioritising team success over personal accolades

💸 Salary

£70 - £85k + OTE

Hybrid, Central London

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.
