We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for the UK market (based) to join our team as part of the Grid & Digital Solutions department in our M Power Projects division.
Your role will encompass:
- Work towards project opportunities and manage the development of grid/transmission system projects
- Making sure project milestones are reached
- Being able to report back on all aspects of projects to senior management
- Looking out for risks which may come up during the development of these projects and being able to effectively report back on these
- Be responsible for project delivery, and lead various internal professionals in design, technical analysis, financial and commercial modelling, legal DD and grid connection
- Oversee relationships with project stakeholders, including developers, transmission distribution service operators, local councils and suppliers
- University degree
- Market development experience
- Strong experience with transmission and distribution system operations
- Ability to support bids and negotiations for new projects
- Experience working with a multinational company
- Good teamwork and management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) languages is a prerequisite, with fluency in other languages an advantage
