We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging People & Culture Partner to join our dynamic team based in London. As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support our employees and drive our company culture forward.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance management and talent development initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyse results to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Build talent capability through performance management, succession planning, career pathing, skill & talent development
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR programs and initiatives
- Support the development and delivery of training and development programs
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner; experience supporting Sales or Events teams would be advantageous
- A true HR Generalist with strong knowledge of all aspects of HR
- Experience of leading and delivering change and transformation projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions
- Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Flexible personal style, proven ability to influence at all levels of an organisation and challenge thinking in an appropriate, useful way
- Understanding of employment law and best practice
- Experience or desire to work within a truly international team
- Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Process, data driven yet comfortable operating with unknowns/emerging priorities
- Project Management and Business Partnering skills
- Excellent IT skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) HRIS knowledge
- Flexibility for occasional travel if required
