Overview

As the sole member of Lumina’s sales department, you will have the unique opportunity to take ownership of all sales activities and directly impact the company's success. We're looking for an individual with exceptional writing skills and meticulous attention to detail to effectively communicate our HR tech solutions to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets as the sole member of the sales team.
  • Identify and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Create persuasive sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and sales scripts, with a strong emphasis on clear and polished writing.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven success in 2-5 years of B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector, with a track record of driving results independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to create polished sales materials independently.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field or equivalent experience.
