Assistant Educator

We are looking for motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Educators to join our team. We want real team players, that want to grow professionally and personally. Being a 160 place centre with 8 active rooms spanning from the ages of 4 months to Pre-schoolers we have the ability to cross train our staff so you can work towards settling in exactly which group/room suits your experience and professional goals.

The successful applications must

Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood education and Care, or be working towards;

Ochre Card ( Paid Employee)

First aid certificate.

The applicant must be available to work 38 hours a week on a rotating fortnight roster- the centre is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm (rotating roster set within these days and times).

Job Description

Develop Children’s program reflecting EYLF guidelines

Organize and conduct activities for children

Oversee children in recreational activities

Manage the hygiene of children

Supervise the daily routine of children

Comply with NQS and NQF standards

Lead a group of educators within daily practices, procedures, routines, education and daily care plans for children
