About the Position:

At Skin Clique, we prioritize the ongoing education of our healthcare providers, recognizing it as fundamental to delivering exceptional patient care. As the Director of Onboarding and Training, reporting to the COO, you'll spearhead the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing provider awareness and proficiency in aesthetic treatments. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with various departments to integrate onboarding and training initiatives seamlessly. Your leadership will extend to continuous evaluation and refinement of existing programs, ensuring our commitment to excellence in education and patient care remains unwavering.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The Director of Onboarding and Training will establish, implement, and oversee all onboarding processes and training logistics to optimize organizational effectiveness.

Training Logistics Oversight:

  • Support organization and optimization of Provider training sessions including selecting and procuring locations, managing P&L, ensuring appropriate supplies and securing appropriate staffing for events.
  • Ensure events are staffed with recruited models (work in conjunction with marketing)
  • Oversee Provider Training Calendar, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Continuously assess, evaluate, and update existing training programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Optimize training schedule to align with organizational productivity goals
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies for training.
  • Cultivate regional training strategy
  • Actively support company goals for exponential growth of providers
Onboarding Ownership:
  • Ensure providers sign up for and complete training in a timely manner.
  • Assess and address any gaps in the onboarding process to enhance the overall experience for new providers.
  • Support provider onboarding with paperwork and license verification, manage new provider documentation and processes, coordinate medical supervision, and support DEA and state-level coordination during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to ensure alignment of onboarding processes with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Foster efficient onboarding processes with key attention to time of onboard and time of clinical practice launch.
  • Ensure legal compliance with state laws, collaborate with the legal team on new state regulations, and mediate between insurance carriers and the practice for medical malpractice coverage.
  • Coordinate provider and supervising physician oversite and compliance, ensuring organization is upholding state supervision requirements. Foster relationships with physicians, provide ongoing support, and address inquiries or concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations, training/onboarding, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently and ensure accuracy.
  • Proven leadership in driving provider onboarding, streamlining strategies, and addressing gaps for seamless processes, with demonstrated experience fostering improvement in training logistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and cross-functionally to implement onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Comfort with technology, with proven ability to utilize digital platforms for onboarding and training sessions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
