MISSION

The North Europe & West Europe Network Development Responsible aims to enhance business performance by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable improvement plans. This role focuses on driving business success, mitigating risks, and supporting critical investment decisions. Key actions to achieve these objectives include:

• Ensuring a consistent approach to identifying new business development opportunities within the dealership networks
• Optimizing sales commercial policies to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Steering network performance by addressing and improving underperforming areas through effective performance management

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Maintain and manage the Dealer Performance Management tool, including the escalation process for addressing underperforming dealers
• Implement and deploy new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness at regional, market, and dealer levels
• Monitor and ensure adherence to commercial policy guidelines and payout structures
• Develop and assess market portfolio strategies, including evaluating actions to drive growth and performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Specialized knowledge in importer and dealer networks, sales organization, and retailer sales and aftersales processes
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, General Management, or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in geo-marketing and performance & business management tools
• Advanced skills in Excel (including Macros and PivotTables) and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive attitude, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
