HR Recruiter
DescriptionOur client is looking for a temporary HR Recruiter! The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the organization. This role involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees to fill open positions and meet company workforce needs. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide them with top-quality candidates. Responsibilities
- Fill positions within the organization through effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain a network of suitable candidates for various roles
- Handle administration and record-keeping related to recruitment
- Work collaboratively with organizations to develop comprehensive recruitment plans
- Execute recruitment plans efficiently to ensure timely hiring
- Draft and post job descriptions to attract the right talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for suitability
- Prepare job offers for selected candidates
- Engage in networking with various institutions and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
