As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Arranging corporate events inside and outside of the office, as well as staff appreciation events
  • Respond to employee requests and inquiries through the people inbox
  • Maintaining accurate employee records across the organization in both our HRIS and Benefits platform
  • Support recruitment efforts, coordinate on-site interviews, facilitate background checks and orientations, leading orientation from time to time
  • Facilitate contract management and employee documents
  • Ensure physical office environment is equipped with adequate supplies of office stationery, general office supplies, office furniture, and other equipment across facilities
  • Manage the purchasing form ensuring timely purchases are made and delivered to the correct business unit
  • Manage the inventory for swag
  • Coordinate employee communications
  • Maintains records of guests & monitors visitor access
  • Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
  • Facilitate the recognition awards program
  • Ensure internal P&C audits and reporting are completed as per the schedule set out
  • Maintain and execute the team building budgets semi-annually
  • Ensure employee engagement program is followed through on a regular basis
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years previous experience in administrative roles, experience working in an entry-level role in an HR/People team is beneficial
  • High level of honesty, integrity, diplomacy, and ability to handle confidential data
  • Able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively and work well under pressure
  • Strong organization skills, critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • A strong team player with a customer service approach to supporting the organization
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible attitude and easily adaptable to change
  • Willing to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team
  • Ambitious to grow your career within HR
What You Can Expect
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
