  • Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build a Go-To-Market plan for the US marketing balancing commercial needs, with unique needs of all actors (viewer, creator, merchant) with teams resources and budget.
  • Execite cross-functional partners around this plan by showing the business impact for every marketing lever.
  • Understand cross-actor levers that can move the needle, connect the dots across actors to identify and execute new levers to help contribute to campaign success.
  • Seek out innovative opportunities to increase the impact of the campaign for YouTube Shopping as well as creators and merchant partners.
  • Manage internal reviews and external agency relationship and communications to deliver the campaigns.
