Human Resources Officer Glencore?s McArthur River Mine has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join the team. You will join a team of collaborative HR professionals, providing value-added HR service delivery across our operations and to over 850 personnel. This is a site-based role on a 9-day fortnight (5/2, 4/3 roster).
About The Role
On a daily basis, you will provide services including:
- Supporting Advisors and Senior Advisors with daily tasks
- Assist with recruitment process, job posting, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and onboarding of new employees.
- Processing employee variations and other employee data changes through a range of internal systems and issuing appropriate documentation to employees and payroll.
- Maintaining accuracy and compliance of employee records and information.
- Build quality partnerships with employees through delivery and implementation of HR policy and procedures.
