English Specialist – Quality Assurance

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented English Specialist to join our dynamic team of AI trainers. As a vital member of our customer's AI training team, you'll be responsible for crafting content to train AI on multiple English subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough quality assessments of individual outputs generated by AI Trainers.
• Creating Quality Control charts to monitor and assess project progress and quality.
• Preparing training materials and providing guidance and training to AI Trainers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Holding regular one-on-one meetings with trainers to offer support and assistance in improving their performance

Requirements:

• A degree in Linguistics. A focus on English is preferred.
• Exceptional proficiency in written English.
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and semantics.
• Familiarity with different writing style guides.
• Strong online research skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet the project requirements.
• Language Proficiency level: Advanced English (C1-C2).
