Recruitment Coordinator Position

The Research Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Research team and Consultants throughout the duration of each search with various administrative and report related activities.

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Input data in the in-house CRM and Project Management systems, and contribute to company-wide administration of CRM and Project Management systems
  • Format resumes for consistent presentation to clients
  • Assist in gathering references for clients via email
  • Confirm interviews between consultants, potential candidates, and clients via email
  • Assist in creating weekly reports for clients including writing statistics
  • Assist with the administration of employment verifications and background checks
  • Assist with creation of company documents
  • Attend meetings and record minutes as needed
  • Attend and assist with the successful delivery of company events; support company marketing initiatives
  • Research and Schedule travel arrangements for Consultants and Candidates
  • Work collaboratively with the Merrimac team across functions and providing support as needed to colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in executive search a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Project-minded and organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Interested, curious, and willing to learn about businesses across various industries
  • Must have professional phone and email etiquette and is comfortable communicating with executives
  • Possessing a high level of integrity with purpose driven motivation
  • High level of expectation for oneself
  • Authentic, self-driven and client-focused
  • Self-reliant with the ability to manage one’s own schedule to get things done
  • Open and friendly – a collaborative teammate
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively engage with others; strong listening skills
