About The RoleWe are delighted to partner with Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), one of the world's largest and most admired premium wine companies, in the search for their Global Head of Talent Acquisition Services. An enviable role in market, it will manage TWEs Talent Acquisition (TA) operational strategy, service

proposition, and service execution effectiveness. Specifically it defines, leads, and drives successful delivery of the insourced recruitment model including:

  • Executive and Director search & placement,
  • Corporate recruiting,
  • Volume and cyclical recruiting, and
  • Recruitment Vendor and agency management.
In leading a geographically dispersed team across multiple regions, the role is accountable for optimising the candidate and hiring manager experience, setting service standards, and supporting transformation and growth that aligns with the overarching business strategy.

What You Will Offer

The preferred candidate will ideally offer international TA leadership experience or sizeable Australian experience, gained within complex, diverse businesses, including exposure to a global shared services model. A well versed TA leader and skilled in delivering on senior appointments, you will demonstrate strong analytical capability, excellence in stakeholder partnering, ability to harness technology to optimise delivery and a proven track record of leading, inspiring and developing talented teams, including providing robust development plans. A genuine ability to straddle the strategic and operational is essential, as is a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service. Able to operate independently and collaborate when required, make informed decisions and deliver outcomes within an environment of complexity or ambiguity will be key.
