Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.
2. Collaborate with the front-end and UX/UI design teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
3. Architect and implement scalable and efficient server-side components using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.
5. Design and maintain MongoDB database schemas, indexes, and data access layers.
6. Implement user authentication and authorization systems using industry best practices and security protocols.
7. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
8. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
9. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
10. Stay updated with the latest backend technologies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a focus on backend development.
3. Frontend experience- React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Micro frontend design must be strong mean while only UX/UI Design knowledge should be fine.
4. Backend experience- JavaScript, Typescript should be strong mean while just knowledge of Nest.js, Microservices design pattern and Distributed systems should be good.
5. Cloud Infrastructure Experience- Docker, Kubernates and Helm should be strong and exposure of Openshift along with a little knowledge on AWS cloud and MS Azure.
6. Tech Delivery Experience- Strong experience on CI/CD pipelines along with the knowledge on Jira and Scaled Agile should be fine.
7. Tools/ Technologies Used- Knowledge on Kafka and MongoDB is good.
8. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
