The Role - Draftsperson
We are currently seeking a full time Draftsperson to join our team. This role will see you effectively provide accurate design drawings, relevant plans and other documentation for customer appointments in a time timely manner.
You Will Also
- Prepare working drawings and any associated documentation to submit to relevant local authorities.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance checks.
- Work cooperatively with team members to produce accurate and timely outcomes.
- Provide clear and concise communication and ensure all documentation is presented in a professional, accurate and concise manner.
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in Australian residential design and production drafting role, within a volume building environment.
- Diploma of Drafting, Design or related qualification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ArchiCAD.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NCC Building Regulations and Australian standards in residential construction.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Construction Induction (white card) (desirable).
