Administrative Assistant
Our client is ideally looking for someone who is timely, proactive, and thoughtful to support members of the staff and leadership team. It requires independent judgment with speed and a high degree of accuracy. This role requires organization, detailed focus, and ability to handle multiple confidential priorities on short timelines concurrently. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities within dynamic situations. The ideal person will provide expertise and specialist skills in the area of administration and operations through a variety of essential day to day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily prepare/submit expense reports for multiple users into a web-based record system, reconciliation of credit card receipts in a timely manner (Concur & Excel required)
- Also Coordinate and schedule meeting requests in multiple time zones and book travel (flights and hotels) with travel agent for the firm
- Create and modify documents and presentations using MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
- Keep detailed notes form meetings and submit as requested
- Keep up to date on firm administrative and operational policies and communicate with others
- Perform clerical duties including mailing, filing and organization
Bachelor's Degree (Associate Degree required at a minimum)
A minimum of 5 years experience as an administrative assistant
Healthcare experience
Proven advanced user of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and concur
