Title Processor/Post Closer – Real Estate Title Company
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in title, can create & issue binders, generate and balance CD's, is familiar with following post-closing lender instructions, and has experience recording & issuing policies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Meet The Following Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Title Producer license preferred 1-2 years in a title processing/post closing role preferred Good understanding of title binders, CD's, and endorsements Thorough understanding of the service process with the ability to build strong working business relationships Strong customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products Good oral and written communications skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail
