About The Role

Your mission will be to:

  • Help us continue on our trajectory of 3X'ing revenue YoY.
  • Embed Manageable as the solution for end-to-end manager development in companies around the world
  • Develop our reputation in the market
This will involve:
  • Connecting with HR and L&D decision-makers, along with other budget holders, to build trust and gain their confidence in us.
  • Winning new business at pace from high-growth scaleups & large corporates
  • Nurturing client relationships to deepen penetration and drive predictable repeat business.
  • Working as a team with everyone in the business so we achieve success together.
You'll have blown us away in 6 months if:
  • You have kicked off pilots at a significant number of companies
  • You have become the trusted partner for HR teams
  • You have helped us establish an efficient and effective growth motion
  • You embrace teamwork and others love to work with you

  • You have professional achievements driving growth, sales, partnerships and/or account management.
  • You have been directly accountable for hitting revenue targets in a professional capacity
  • You have experience working with HR and L&D Leaders and appreciate the challenges they face

That's why we treat the interview process as a two-way conversation. We'll always aim to get back to you quickly and can move as fast as you can. Here's a basic outline of our 3-step process:
  • Step 1—Initial Interview [virtual]: You'll meet your future manager where you'll have the opportunity to ask about the company and the role. We'll ask you questions about your skills, experiences, motivations and goals
  • Step 2—Role Simulation [virtual]: You'll be asked to complete a short, role-specific assignment that'll give you a good taster of the kind of things you'll be working on in your first 3 months at Manageable. You'll be invited to discuss your assignment as part of a working session with your future manager along with a couple of others on the team. This is a chance for us to mutually test drive what it'd be like to work together
  • Step 3—Final Interviews [in-person where possible]: You'll be invited to our offices to spend more time with team members that you'll be working closely with. This will be a chance for us to dive deeper into what a successful career at Manageable could look like for you
