Description: Oak Meadow Montessori School in Littleton, MA, is a private independent school serving students from 15 months through 8th grade. We are looking for a dynamic Toddler.

Assistant teacher for our Beginners program (15 months - 3 years) for the 24-25 school year.

The Ideal Candidate

Has a commitment and dedication to multi-age learning environments and Montessori philosophy

• Is committed to professional development and best practices in education
• Is outgoing, personable, and compassionate
• Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is flexible, imaginative, creative, and able to plan and problem-solve effectively

Experience and Expectations

• Teaching experience with toddlers preferred
• Experience differentiating instruction to meet the needs of each child
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty to enhance curriculum and community
• Excellent communication skills with parents
