Responsibility
- Develop primary order plans and manage secondary sales and distribution stock levels.
- Ensure the delivery of volume targets for both large modern trade (LMT) and general trade (GT) within the designated territory.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for GT and LMT while ensuring numeric coverage and weighted distribution in the assigned area.
- Monitor and manage the return on investment (ROI) of distributors.
- Conduct a market competition analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Maintain Sales Key Performance Indicators (Sales Flo).
- Verify distributor claims and ensure prompt payments.
Education:
- Your degree must be in one of the following: marketing, business administration, sales, or the relevant fields.
- Demonstrated a history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales objectives, showcasing strong leadership abilities in team management.
- 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Know how to build strong relationships with partners.
