Fully Remote Project Coordiantor

FULLY REMOTE Project CoordinatorDescription:create task lists, prioritize tasks for the team, handling communication from clients and giving that to engineers, getting emails to the right people, leading reporting meetings, at least one per day. internal and external parties (external is utility) (internal is construction and development teams) salesforce reports of how many projects are ongoing, running through each to provide status reports, communicating needs and timelines. They are there as tracking support, send out reports to different teams via email

Skills & Qualifications:

• Project coordination
• Stakeholder management
• Data entry
• Microsoft excel
• Report generation
• Salesforce software
• Customer service
• Bachelor's preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience in similar role
• Utility projects would be very beneficial
