This is a field-based position responsible for delivering a strategically aligned quarterly objective related to key account development via sales representative training, education, and initial customer engagement (case coverage).  This position will also work with Sales Leadership to maintain communication related to sales progress of target surgeons and planned activities to facilitate the execution of these strategies and business development activities. It will also work with the Medical Director to help utilize the medical education events and connect them to the sales process and customer conversion goals. : Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Responsibilities

    To be a content expert on the indications, procedures, use, tips, pearls and troubleshooting for the Anchor Line CMC system.

     To be responsible for the scheduling, coordination, delivery and execution of training events including, medical education labs for surgeons and field representatives.  Coordination activities to include but not limited to:

o   Site identification

o   Facility communication

o   Faculty and attendee communication regarding relevant information for lab locations, times and other details pertaining to the arrival and delivery of the training content.

o   Specimen ordering

o   Lab set up and tear down

o   Instrument processing and lab kit(s) maintenance and upkeep

•      Cover initial cases with surgeons and Sales Reps/Distributors to ensure great outcomes. 

•      Work with Medical Director to support in-field and headquarter training initiatives 

•      Work with Distributors to identify, prioritize and execute key field-based training activities and medical education events. 

•      Develop professional and sales relationships by actively engaging with Physicians, key customers and accounts during their initial procedural training.  specific when describing each of the responsibilities. Use gender-neutral, inclusive language.]

Qualifications

•      Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales, clinical or related degree; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
