DescriptionThis role will support the Athlete Relations and Partnerships team by managing content activations with athletes across sports and brands while collaborating with our sales, and integrated marketing teams to research, strategize, and engage talent. Responsibilities include project management, creative ideation, and financial planning to deepen athlete relationships and enhance brand affinity.
  • Manage the day-to-day ideation, research and athlete documentation process for athlete involvement in various branded content activations (Presale ideation, bios, pitches, etc.)
  • Work proficiently across various departments to gather and provide relevant campaign and talent related information, including engaging with Legal and Finance on custom deal terms, athlete agreements and other paperwork and payments
  • Attend branded content activations as the company’s on-site athlete partnerships liaison (e.g., production shoots, events, etc.), with travel required for certain activations
  • Liaise with athletes, athlete agency partners and applicable brand partner(s) to facilitate the talent’s deliverables for the campaign including athlete procurement, negotiations, and engagement and all logistics such as scheduling calls and shoots, booking travel and related matters
  • Assist in the continuing development of the athlete life cycle: initial athlete interaction, ongoing communication, marketing collateral, gifting, milestones, etc.
  • Assist in booking athlete travel as necessary
  • Continually update the athlete database [airtable] to track and quantify personal athlete engagement and branded offers

  • The Athlete Relations and Partnerships Team works from the NYC office 1-2 days a week for collaboration
The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) with company match.
