Role: Junior Project Manager

Salary: £25,000-£30,000

The role

My client is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and proactive Junior Project Manager to join their client services team, helping to deliver projects from brand activations through to campaigns, within the property sector.

Skills required

The candidate must be:

  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • A great communicator – digitally and in person
  • Capable in entry level Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to be flexible and provide resource across teams
  • Someone who loves building relationships internally and externally
  • Have a passion for design and keen to learn how brand and campaigns are created across both digital and print

Day to day

Support internal teams across various administrative tasks, help plan and allocate resources, provide weekly project updates, record project status, communicate with suppliers and clients.

You will be process driven to ensure the work we do meets the highest standards and is delivered on budget and on time, all the time. You will be keen to learn, have a ‘can do attitude’ and have an ability to juggle tasks.

  • Assist the client services team in ensuring the successful delivery of all client briefs (within time and budget) whilst delivering exceptional creative
  • Proactively assist in delivering projects across integrated print, digital and video campaigns across brand marketing
  • Support the digital team with campaign reporting across Google, social media and email marketing (building the reports, highlighting key stats and ensuring they are sent to client teams in a timely manner)
  • Help purchase and manage website domains and email inboxes
  • A clear understanding of the client’s business, including competitors. Proactively keeping abreast of industry news and sharing with the team
  • Supporting the team with necessary project research
  • Keep project status reports and timelines up-to-date and circulated
  • Artwork, creative and digital amends – relaying any client feedback to designers, checking proofs and supplying assets and images
  • Invoicing – providing assistance to the client services team in creation of invoices at the end of each month
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure end products are to a high standard and match the brief. Assist with briefing photographers and ensuring all relevant purchase orders are created
  • Ensuring project management software is being utilised optimally by the entire studio. Including ensuring quotes are correctly captured within the software
  • Proactively assist with studio efficiency. Including voicing observations for improvements, but also making sure the client services team submits their briefs on time
  • Being the liaison between clients and the artwork department when work needs to be submitted and completed quickly, yet clearly and accurately
  • Be an advocate and seek out work we can champion on LinkedIn and Instagram
