With over six months of dedicated effort, we have been crafting a new AI-powered product that stands out in the market and is ready to earn significant market share in the industry. Our team comprises experienced entrepreneurs and engineers who are deeply passionate about developing cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of innovation. As we embark on this transformative journey, we are now seeking a dynamic Product Manager to help drive the product's success by becoming the first Product hire and eventually leading the Product team.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at this crucial early stage of our journey. As a Product Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to own the product end to end instead of working for months on a single feature, working closely with the CEO and a team of engineers to bring our shared vision to life. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tech product marketing, with a strong preference for experience in AI, marketplace, and/or future of work products. This role requires someone who is not only deeply passionate about our mission but also possesses excellent collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development: Define and iterate product roadmap, incorporating stakeholder feedback. Lead cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to launch. Own the organization and task management of the team.

User Experience & Value Proposition: Understand user needs and build compelling customer experiences. Communicate value proposition effectively to drive adoption.

Performance Monitoring & Documentation: Establish KPIs and analyze product usage data. Oversee creation of product documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in early-stage startups
• Strong background in tech product marketing, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products
• Experience in AI technologies and applications is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success and a willingness to take ownership of challenges
