Representing Lucias Fine Foods ,I have a casual Production Worker position of 20 hours plus a week at our Food Manufacturing Factory at Salisbury. They need to be fit and healthy and be able to pass a drug and alcohol test if the need be. We are not conducting medicals for this position however at any time Lucia’s may be asked to show all elements of OHS&W and this may be something that an external auditor wants to do.
This position is one of approx. 20 hours per week with the view to grow the position into warehousing and further factory production. What is imperative is that the person will come to work every single day ( unless truly sick ) and will always have the willingness to learn and to work effectively as part of a close knit team. If the person has done production work before that is a bonus but not essential.
In return they will work in a positive team who will support the person to learn and thrive in their causal position .
