As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Kooth, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executives and senior leadership team in their day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.
What you will be doing:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, CFO and COO (and other Senior Leadership/Management on occasion), managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Communication and Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
- Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive travel. Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external distribution. Assist in compiling data and information for decision-making purposes
- Office Management: Handle office administrative tasks, including maintaining supplies, managing expenses, and overseeing administrative processes to ensure a smooth workflow
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of the
- At least 2+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives or senior management in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and adaptability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
