About the job
Our Marketing team is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who can create visually stunning and effective email designs for our clients. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to comprehend clients' needs and expectations. They will develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message, align with specific brand identities, and aid in achieving communication targets. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and occasionally requiring work delivered on tight deadlines.
Your impact
- Develop HTML email designs for current customers (using a template builder - no coding skills needed)
- Create graphics, icons and edit visuals for email template designs
- Work with Digital Designer, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing team members to deliver email designs for our customers
- 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing or other relevant fields
- Online portfolio showcasing visual design skills on digital media
- Great sense of digital design, composition, typography, illustration, and colour
- Keen eye for details and clean design aesthetic
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Figma
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fast learner and hands-on executor with a positive attitude
- Open-minded and motivated to work in a collaborative team
- Good understanding of website design + experience in Figma and Zeplin
- Experience in motion graphic design (with After Effects) is a plus
