Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate include:

- Providing guidance and support to a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- At least one year of experience in Customer Service Representative roles or related hospitality positions such as retail or restaurants
- The ability to apply and articulate product or service knowledge effectively
- A commitment to continuous learning and training to elevate hospitality skills and enhance customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others
- A desire to expand in-person hospitality skills to foster deeper connections
