Hiring Type: Full-Time

Base Salary: $58K-$68K Per Annum.

Summary

This is a challenging and fast-paced industry where no two days are the same. You will be exposed to a unique blend of the IT and AV worlds, along with enjoying a variety of Concerts/Sporting Events/Misc Events.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs and laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches.
  • Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365, and a variety of other programs.
  • Assist in Window Server 2012/2016/2019 Management.
  • Work with IT/AV-related Software/Hardware, Cisco StadiumVision Software, DMPs, and 300+ TVs.
  • Work with PBA WiFi Networks. 200+ AP Software/Hardware.
  • Work with Scoreboard/Ribbon Board Click-Effects/Ondansetron Software/Hardware.
  • Work with Mus-co Sports Lighting and Sound Software/Hardware, along with AV Managers as needed.
  • Update and maintain All VoIP Phone Systems.
  • Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed.
  • Maintain an attitude of “do whatever it takes.”
Skills Required
  • Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of Desktop and Laptop computers.
  • Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Products, Basic Routing and Networking (Cisco), Basic Server Maintenance, and Cabling.
  • Cisco Managed Switch Programming is a plus.
  • Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment, and tools used in technical construction and maintenance.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities, and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility.
  • Possess an understanding of the facility’s electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
  • Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and other related materials.
  • Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, which entail climbing, lifting, and carrying.
  • Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
