Product Designer

Location: Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn’t your favourite, most of our roles can be hybrid or work from home, or anywhere in between. Ideally, we'd like someone in once a week for this position.

If you like coming in, you’ll always find some office buddies. And if you like big occasions, we really bring the office to life for our monthly themed culture days. Plus all our giffgaffers come together at our legendary giffgaff summer, birthday and Christmas celebrations.

The Role:

As a Product Designer, you will play an integral part of our team, working on the new, and innovative project that we have in the pipeline. This project is in the connectivity space, and we're looking for someone who has experience working as a Service Designer. You must be comfortable working on both front and back stage experiences.

You'll quickly iterate and test ideas based on the ones the team has already started to identify through discovery. You will be working alongside a Content Designer on the team and the two will work together to build world-class experiences, as well as working closely with a Product Manager and Engineer in a squad model.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in service design or product design, with a strong focus on user-centred design methodologies
• Previous experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within a scale-up or medium sized company
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, UserZoom, Glassbox, GA etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record to work cross-functionally with multiple collaborators
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in UX and UI design, and your ability to solve complex design challenges

• Experience working with a Content Designer
