Cleaner

Intercity take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our colleagues and visitorsand are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team to ensure our Birmingham office is a clean and hygienic environment to operate in on a day-to-day basis. You will work Monday - Friday 7AM - 9AM and 4PM - 7PM.

As a Cleaner, You Will Be Responsible For

Cleaning of all worktop surfaces, including keyboards, chair handles and legs and light switches.

Cleaning of the staff room including kitchen / toilets and ensuring a tidy and clean event and meeting room spaces.

Hoovering,mopping, cleaning of the inside of windows.

Emptying of bins in communal areas/toilets

General cleaningof the premises including the data centre and car park area as requested/scheduled.

Cleaning of pool vehicles.

Followthecleaning schedule to complete daily, weekly and additional taskswhich are checked weekly.

Be able to work overtime if required, with prior notice to cover events.

Report faults or Issues to line manager during normal activity.

Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined, including H&S.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience of cleaning within an office environment.

Knowledge of using chemicals and the use of PPE

Handling and storing of chemicals used for cleaning.

Manual handling.

General cleaning of an office environment.
