Pelican is a busy 10 bedded inpatient ward that specialises in the management of children and young people with Rheumatology, Dermatology, Immunology and Infectious Disease conditions.

Our ambulatory day case area specialises in biologic infusions for both rheumatology and immunology patients. We also carry out joint injections, skin biopsies and day case surgery. Pelican ward also provides day case and inpatient care to the entire paediatric patient group for EB (Epidermolysis bullosa) in the UK.
