A fast-growing hospitality company with more than 10 locations, inclusive of restaurants/bars/lounges/nightclubs, is looking for a Social Media Manager to provide brand and marketing support to the COO. This position is responsible for driving social strategy for all social media channels by using the restaurant's brand to increase traffic flow to their websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of branding, design and curating images for uniquely inspired locations.

Considered applicants will include portfolio and/or social media accounts.

Essential Functions

Provide support to the COO as required and requested including, but not limited to:

  • Plan, manage and execute overall social media content and digital campaigns to attract, engage and grow the brand audiences across all digital platforms.
  • Experience in visual storytelling that represents the brand (i.e. IG Stories, Tik-Tok, etc.)
  • Devise strategies to drive traffic from social sites to the company websites.
  • Identify, interpret and capitalize on social media trends.
  • Measure the success of social media activities and report the results using tools and social analytics.
  • Participate and initiate online conversations across a variety of channels.
  • Create, maintain and execute a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule.
  • Must be very savvy with social media platforms, video, and images.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Graphic Designer to help create the best content.
  • Ability to maintain each restaurant’s image.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with in a related position
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong aesthetic eye for content creation
  • Photography and basic photoshop experience
  • Always up-to-date with latest trends in social media
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and photoshop)
  • Restaurant experience / knowledge is a plus!
  • Photoshoot and video production experience is a plus!!
  • SEO experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Traveling to both Los Angeles and Orange County.

Required Education and Experience

· Must have an associate degree or work-related experience in marketing.

· Must have proven experience.

· Must submit portfolio.

· Previous experience in restaurants and or Hospitality

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
