Chief of Staff (CxO)

We are actively looking to augment the executive leadership team at Frontier Services Group, with a highly motivated and operationally minded individual. The individual in this role would work closely with, and report directly to, the CEO with responsibility for leading growth-oriented, cross-functional initiatives and special projects.  The goal of this program would be to fast-track the individual to the C-level ranks as they gain valuable experience across all major business functions and directly contribute to growth. This person would also work directly with the deal team at Seaside Equity to report on progress against the value creation plan.

LOCATION:

Applicants must be based in the Dallas or Houston area with an expectation of being in office during the week. There will be travel required to other office locations as required.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

·      Execute cross-functional operating initiatives and special projects

·      Lead execution of tuck-in acquisitions as well as merger and integration workstreams

·      Long-term strategic business planning, including planning and executing annual leadership team offsites

·      Develop and implement playbooks for operational improvements

·      Financial analysis and ROI modeling

·      Industry and competitive analysis

·      Design key performance indicator dashboards and track portfolio company progress

·      Develop and present materials to the Board of Directors

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

·      Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in investment banking, consulting, and/or private equity

·      Motivated self-starter and team player with a high level of maturity, excellent people and project management skills

·      Positive, “can-do” attitude with an ability to function in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with limited day-to-day supervision

·      Deeply analytical and takes a data-driven approach to making decisions

·      Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·      Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a superior academic performance record required
