SHEIN is hiring a Project Manager Intern to be on the Operations Management (OM) Team based in Bellevue. As SHEIN US continues to rapidly grow the Fulfillment Center footprint and infuse the organization with new talent, we need to ensure the operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver expected gains for technology advances and network-wide process improvements. The team would drive process control and shifting mean performance with the outcome of minimizing variation between shifts, buildings, and regions, to deliver strong operation performance. The team will work closely with the Site Operations, Product, Planning, and Operation Management team to drive our project to the finish line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • closely with the Project Manager to generate & review various project reports (financial, purchase orders, cost tracking, etc.)
  • review, and maintain a repository to record key milestones across multiple projects.
  • team of Project Managers to generate internal & external purchase orders and monitor the status of goods towards timely delivery.
  • in the preparation and maintenance of construction progress reports, re-projections, and project-related files.
  • and report on project health.
  • safety in all project activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ongoing business degree or related degree from a recognized university.
  • in other business computer applications (i.e MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • & Attention-to-details.
  • Communication Skills (written and verbal).
  • minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
