Farm Managers and/or Assistant Managers

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient management of our cropping properties
• Develop and implement crop plans, monitor crop health, and manage harvests
• Lead and supervise farm staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment

Irrigation Specialists

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient irrigation systems to optimise crop growth. Experience with pressurised lateral systems is advantageous
• Monitor soil moisture levels and adjust irrigation schedules accordingly
• Collaborate with farm managers to integrate irrigation practices with overall farm operations

Senior Farm Hands/Leading Hands

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
• Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
• Perform general farm maintenance tasks to support overall farm productivity
• Lead and supervise farm staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment

Farm Hands

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the agricultural sector
• A good level of general fitness to meet the physically demanding requirements of the role
• A current drivers’ licence
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to sustainable farming practices
• The flexibility and availability to work hours and overtime which may vary to meet operational demands
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• For managerial roles: Proven leadership experience and strong organisational skills
