The Job
As the VP of Product, you will be responsible leading the product vision, strategy, direction and teams of an innovative Security IoT SaaS product. Working closely with the CTO & CEO, you'll have real autonomy to scale the product to new global commercial markets as well as enhance their existing medium and enterprise customers in the US. Harnessing Functional Tech, Cloud and AI the SaaS product is a real disruptor and game changer within the Security IoT field and there is an expansive multi-year plan in place in taking the product from 1 to 10 over this time period.
With 4 direct reports into you and the opportunity to work closely with engineering and wider business teams, you will be responsible for translating customer requests / feedback to actionable work and be able to effectively story tell.
About You
You will need to hold a strong understanding in delivering SaaS software products to market with a track record in delivering 0 to 1 products. Able to own and improve a whole product lifecycle, you would have led products teams and visions in your career and be able to work effectively with technical engineering teams.
Experience delivering Video SaaS platforms within a scaling start-up is highly desired but not essential.

Seen as a real player in the Security IoT field and with product maturity, the business leverages the latest technologies including AI/ML and product ideas to utilise it's position in the Security domain and is looking to expand into new commercial markets. With over 150 employees in it's current form, there are positive plans to continually scale the business in 2024 and beyond with this VP of Product position being a crucial hire to enable to this forward plan.
The Numbers
As a full-time, fully remote position you can expect a starting salary of $220k - $250k USD with annual bonuses on top.
