We are currently seeking energetic, professional and driven Housekeeping and Cleaning Attendants to ensure our Hotel, Resort and Casino is always presented in immaculate condition and guest needs are meet with superior service. The successful candidates will be team players with an eye for detail.
About The Role
- Reviewing daily inventory of rooms
- Service and cleaning of rooms and public areas
- Comply with all guest privacy and security procedures
- Collecting soiled linen for laundering
- Replenishment of the mini bar and recording any items that have been used
- Reporting any damaged items
- Reporting all lost property items
- Collecting & returning Guest laundry
- Responding to both guest or staff queries
- Previous Housekeeping or Cleaning Attendant experience in 5-star hotels highly desirable
- Committed to providing high quality Guest service
- enthusiastic and energetic approach to the role
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Knowledge of safe work practices and use of chemicals
- Be Work fit – This is a physically demanding role
