Bumble is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help scale Bumble’s brand as the leading relationships and social networking app in the US.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, US you will be responsible for developing and executing regional campaigns and go-to-market strategies and supporting growth through integrated marketing campaigns. You will ensure best practice in all aspects of marketing while providing strategic direction to inform campaigns and strategies that meet our short and long-term business goals.

This role’s key focus is on delivering new user growth in the US via improved marketing planning and efficient activation of marketing plans, monitoring analytics, and identifying opportunities to build and scale our brand. You will also act as a liaison for the US marketing team with wider global teams in the group to ensure we are up-to-date on developments/strategy.

The role will be remotely based in LA or New York.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager, US and Marketing teammates, in assisting marketing strategies and activities that drive new user growth in the US and meet short and long term business goals
  • Lead and support the development of Integrated Brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead on the ideation and pitching of disruptive go-to-market opportunities and culturally relevant opportunistic ideas
  • Manage internal resources to develop integrated campaigns (briefing, reviews, providing strategic feedback, production, execution). Identify and communicate potential conflicts, changes to scope and alternative solutions
  • Lead development of creative assets, ensuring localization across platforms
  • Work collaboratively with internal media team and key media partners to build and execute campaign media plans
  • Build marketing processes, toolkits and best practices in collaboration with other North America teammates and cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team, responsible for marketing campaigns celebrating our product features and launches
  • Identify best practices, working with all markets to ensure consistency, assisting in robust planning
  • Track and measure campaign success, leading communication with internal and external parties, and facilitating regular check-ins with team leads
  • Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management, to the broader organization, and on occasion, leadership teams
  • Provide oversight and support to junior contributors on the team, enabling the best work of others on the team
  • Manage relevant marketing budgets to deliver work on time and within budget
About You
  • You have experience in large brand campaign management with an understanding of communications and media planning
  • You have experience and knowledge of Marketing in either LA or NYC
  • You have experience driving customer acquisition and growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies
  • Experience developing campaigns with disruptive and innovative GTM approaches and testing new media opportunities
  • You have solid knowledge for consumers, with a demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact
  • You have strong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communication
  • You have a track record of high performing digital campaigns against relevant benchmarks
  • You understand social networking, dating, or other digital-first platforms and are a strong believer in Bumble’s brand vision and values
  • You are able to take the initiative in handling projects and anticipating needs
  • Positive, committed, 'can-do' attitude and flexible approach
  • Able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
$75,000 - $95,000 a year

Base Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
