Question: Introduce yourself?

Answer: Introduce myself in Urdu.

Question: So you are from sheikhupura?

Answer: Yeas.

Question: From which area?

Answer: Feroze Wattwan

Question: On Faisalabad Road?

Answer: yes

Question: what us covalent and coordinate covalent bond?

Answer: A covalent bond is formed by mutual sharing of electrons whereas, a coordinate bond is formed by the sharing of electrons by one atom only. Covalent bonds are formed between two similar or dissimilar atoms.

Question: What is chromatography?

Answer: In chemical analysis, chromatography is a laboratory technique for the separation of a mixture into its components. The mixture is dissolved in a fluid solvent called the mobile phase, which carries it through a system on which a material called the through a system on which material called the stationary phase is fixed.

Question: Types of chromatography?

Answer: Gas chromatography, Size-exclusion chromatography, paper chromatography, thin-layer chromatography.

Question: What is partition of chromatography?

Answer: Partition chromatography technique is defined as. The separation of components between two liquid phases viz original solvent and the film of solvent used in the column.

Question: Example of Partition of chromatography?

Answer: Paper chromatography.

Question: What is the paper chromatography?

Answer: Paper chromatography, in analytical chemistry, technique for separating dissolved chemical substances by taking advantage of their different rates of migration across sheets of paper. It is an inexpensive but powerful analytical tool that requires very small quantities of material.

Question: What is adsorption chromatography?

Answer: adsorption chromatography is a type of LC in which chemicals are retained based on their adsorption and desorption at the surface of the support, which also acts as the stationary phase.

Question: What is buffer?

Answer: A buffer is a solution that can resist PH change upon the addition of an acidic or basic components. It is able to neutralize small amounts of added acid or base, thus maintaining the PH of the solution relatively stable. This is important for processes and or reactions which require specific and stable pH ranges.

Question: What is the carbon dating?

Answer: Is  a method for determining the age of an object containing organic material by using the properties of radiocarbon, a radioactive isotope of carbon.

Question: We can check the age of fossils by carbon dating?

Answer: I said yes because its radioactive and took long time to deacay.

Question: Explain the sp3 hybridization?

Answer: In sp3 hybridization, one a s orbital and three p orbitals hybridize to from four sp3 orbitals, each consisting of 25% character and 75%  p character. This type of hybridization is required whenever an atom is surrounded by four groups electrons.

Question: How much s and p character is in sp3 hybrid orbitals?

Answer: 25% and 75%.

Question: What will be the angle in hybrid form ch4?

Answer: I said 109.5
