OverviewBrand new opportunity with an established marketing agency in Manchester, that works with clients in both B2B and B2C industries on their digital marketing strategies, focusing on inbound marketing.

Due to increasing demand from its expanding client base, the company are further growing their dedicated team and looking for a talented Account Manager/Inbound Consultant to join.

The company is looking for an Account Manager/Inbound Consultant to design, oversee, and implement lead-generation campaigns for their clients. Applicants should be an innate problem-solver, who invests time in understanding the client's industries and delve deep into their target personas.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services and managing one direct junior report, the Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the team leader to establish goals and develop marketing strategies/campaigns;
  • Plan and oversee campaigns, adapting as necessary;
  • Coordinate with specialists to organise and prioritise daily tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes;
  • Utilise HubSpot to create and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Suggest and implement experiments to meet clients’ KPIs;
  • Act as a trusted advisor for your clients, proactively offering new ideas;
  • Report on campaign performance to both internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Keep an eye on competitors and movements within the target market
RequirementsWe are open to marketing candidates both client-side and agency, with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, and ideally 1 year in leading client accounts or marketing strategy.

Good To Have
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
  • Experience in HubSpot and Inbound Marketing
  • Google qualifications
  • Proven experience in building links and gaining coverage on quality, niche B2B websites across multiple industries
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 negotiable on experience plus an additional £3k - £4k bonus per annum.

Location Manchester, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
